Led by two Chartered accountants, the PJR Group has a diversified presence in Real Estate as well as Manufacturing Industries. They have vast experience in construction, which includes residential complex, commercial complex, warehouse etc. Their focus is aesthetics and quality which are manifested in all their projects.
1. Mr. Pradip Jyoti Agrawal, a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in handling diversified portfolios in different industries. He is associated with realty world for more than 30 years. His vast experience in construction includes residential complex, commercial complex, warehouse etc. His focus is aesthetics and quality which are manifested in all his projects. He has been instrumental in building some of the nicer buildings in Kolkata.
2. Mr. Rajiv Choudhary is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. He has immense experience in the world of Real Estate and Manufacturing. Being a man of perfection, he never compromises with quality and his Chartered Accountancy background makes him very much value conscious. He makes sure that all his investors and end users get the best value for their money.
Mr. Ranajit Gupta , Graduate in Applied Science with a degree of "Ingenieur Civil Architecte" from Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium, is professionally working since last four decades within India and abroad. Gariahat Mall, Alom Poly Extrusion Factory, Millennium Towers are some of his completed projects. He has designed our current project “PJR COUNTRYWALK”
Mr. Ashis Acharjee has done his Graduation from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 1988.
He apprenticed with Architect Charles Correa in Mumbai and later joined him as Project Architect. He was involved with several landmark projects like the ‘Jawahar Kala Kendra’ in Jaipur, a beach resort at Goa, a 'Rehabilitation Township' at Bagalkot in Karnataka and MRF Corporate Headquarters at Madras. He is involved with various architecture and conservation projects in West Bengal, Orissa and Assam. He has won several awards and accolades for his work. He writes regularly as an architectural journalist. He has designed our current commercial project “PJR PRATHAM”.
MR. BIBEK BIKASH MULLICK
Mr. Bibek Bikash Mullick , B.E. (Civil) from Jadavpur University, has over 38 yrs experience in the field of structural design of multi-storied residential as well as commercial building. He has designed various major projects with renowned developers like, Fort Group, Merlin Group, Avani Group, Orbit Group, Srachi Group etc. He has experience in designing super-speciality hospital, industrial structure, group housing, community hall, ware house, hotel and so on. He has designed our WAREHOUSE at Dhulagarh, our Commercial Project “PJR PRATHAM” and our Warehouse “PJR DWITIYA”.
