PJR Infra Structure

PJR DWITIYA: is a logistics complex where approx 3 lac sq ft of warehousing is planned. We have already left our mark on Dhulagarh scene with our first logistic hub PJR PRATHAM of 1.3 lac sq ft. They are a group of professionals engaged in construction for the last two decades. The work on the first warehouse of 50,000 sq ft is in full swing and is likely to be completed by November 2016. The entire complex consisting of warehousing of 10,000 sq ft to 1, 00,000 sq ft is started for completion by December 2017. The rest of the warehouses will come up in a phased manner over the next year.
The building is made up of MS Structure with truss and colour coated galvalume roofing. It has clear height of 8 meters at eaves & 12.5 meters at centre. The VDF flooring has a load bearing capacity of 6 MT per sq ft. Modern toilets, proper drainage system, sufficient water supply and ample parking space. We also construct warehouses with specs suited to individual clients. Our model is sale, construct and rent. It’s an end to end model for both – investors and tenants.
